PCAN Explorer is a universal monitor in a CAN (Controller Area Network) for the supervision of the data traffic. It is based on the PCAN system of the company PEAK-System Technik GmbH whose core is a Windows-VxD driver software. This provides the real time connection of Windows applications to all CAN busses connected at the PC in the  ring 0 of Windows.
